3 Member Eligibility

Use of the jkc8 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jkc8 reserves the right to verify each member's eligibility at any time and take appropriate action if the conditions are not met.

• Age 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of membership.
• Being a legally competent individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list for gambling activities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Unauthorized Collusion: Colluding with other members in competitive games to manipulate outcomes for mutual gain.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing unauthorized chargebacks through a bank or payment provider after having enjoyed jkc8 services.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Jkc8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC or identity verification process within the stipulated time frame.
• Requests for account suspension or closure submitted by the member through the self-exclusion option.
• An account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Inactive account balances are subject to an administration fee policy as stated separately.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, jkc8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposits and winnings.
